Mise en scene

C-costume: the woman is in a green to stairing at something the colour green could suggest jealiousy she is formaly dressed

L-lighting:the lighting is one of the things that draws viewrs eye towords it makes us focus on the woman

P-props: she is holdong a notepad and a pen may be she is a assestant or not a vey high job. there are also work deskes at the back with type writers which may suggest the time of the film (old)

P-production design: they are in a office which does not tell us the genre of the film.

S-space: she has quiet alot of space aroud her aloowing the viewer to see the location

aliens in the Attic

in the begging there was fast pacing with short clips and then the transition changed from cut to fade as he opens the door to show the movement and the envionrnment of the scene there are voice overs through out the trailer. they have used titles in the middle of the clips as the voiceover says the date that date comes up on the screane to catch the viewers eyes instedd of just hearing what he is saying we watch what it in the scerean. as the music changes the pacing changes with it to show the movement and to build up tention. when they show something funny they stop the music and the voice over so the audience can concentrate on the funny bit. they have used special effect such as lifting up a ground. towords the end the clips get longer and pacing gets faster and the titals start to come up after that they show some of the funny bits of the film.

The Dark Knight What Makes A Thriller?

The dark knight film is a thriller as its shown in its trailer. The choice of dark colours make it more thriller like most if the scene shown in the trailer builds up the tension in the film and throw a hook to the target audience to go and watch the film. The scenes shown in the trailer are at night time. There are series of explosions and weapons showing violence. Also the choice of music builds up tension as it a very slowly paced but the rhythm is very fast. As the music changes the clip changes with it. The voice over creates tension in the trailer as its surrounding like a big empty room.
